Step 1:
On iOS 14 or later, go to Settings> Control Center and click More Controls
Step 2:
Here you can add and remove items from the Control Center menu. Scroll down and click the green + button next to Recording Screen. This will take you from the “Additional Controls” section at the bottom to the “Enable” section at the top.
